- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 1 tbsp Minced garlic
- 1 Canned ground beef
- 1 tbsp Italian seasoning
- 1 Canned tomato sauce
- 4 servings Cooked pasta (spaghetti or any pasta of choice)
- Salt – to taste
- Pepper – to taste
