No reason to risk using non-stick chemicals for bakeware anymore...this is just better in every way.

Aluminum Half Sheet Cookie Sheet Pan and Stainless Steel Cooling Rack Set
High quality finish. I was immediately impressed with the sturdiness and durability! Finally I have a sheet pan that isn't going to warp even under high oven heat. And the handy wire rack is definitely a multi-tasker! All the other sheet pans I have from various companies will warp - either from poor construction/material or from the heat. The only negative is not about the product - I guess my oven rack is not regular size because the half sheet pan takes up more than half the rack. Even so -- Yes, I am still going to purchase another one soon.

I love the ability to change portion sizes of different meals and sides! The size (along with it's carrying case) makes it perfect for the unit's packed breakroom fridge,[...] since I can almost always find a slot to slide it into. I haven't put anything super liquidy inside here yet, so I can't speak to the leak-proof-ed-ness. I'm loving it so far!

Stainless Steel 2 Tbs. Cookie Scoop
I got a set a few years ago of different sized cookie scoops but every time I used them the track would get off when the handle was pulled. I’d still use them however it tripled the time it should have taken to scoop dough not to mention super annoying. I came to realize you really only need it in one size, the 2 tablespoon is the scoop you’ll most need and if it’s good quality you don’t need multiple sizes. This is that scoop, the only one you’ll ever need. It is the right size and is great quality. The design keeps that pesky track from getting off and no matter the thickness of the dough it can handle it. From ice cream to butter cookies this scoop has worked flawlessly for me.

2 Pack Aluminum Half Sheet Cookie Sheet Pan
We do a lot of cooking, and have several 'sheet pan' recipes. We tried using regular 13x9 sheet cake pans, but they were a bit small for the quantity of meat and veggies our recipes called for. Found these commercial baking pans, and they really made a difference; they heat very evenly, are solid and easy to remove from the oven without flexing or bowing. Large enough to accommodate our most generous recipes[...], and have a tall side, which almost totally eliminates any splattering onto the oven floor, which is so common with a sheet cake pan. 100% satisfied with these baking pans.

At this point we’ve baked a lot of things with it in the oven. This is GREAT. It distributes the heat so evenly and cooks the food in it so well and so even!!! It's also super sleek and beautiful. More importantly it’s very easy to wash!!! Hurray!

This has good weight, and a good "feel" in the hands. It feels heavy and durable compared to other cookie scoops which have a lighter weight and feel more vulnerable to damage. I will be using this to scoop batter for making all sorts of baked goods!
