How To Make The Viral Boursin Pasta Dish Featuring Our Baking Dish Set

Boursin Cheese Pasta Recipe

This creamy, flavorful Boursin pasta is a viral sensation for a reason—it's incredibly easy to make and absolutely delicious! The Boursin cheese melts into a rich, creamy sauce that coats the pasta perfectly, creating a comforting, indulgent meal in no time.

Ingredients:

  • 2 Boursin Cheese Blocks (Garlic & Herb flavor or any variant you like)
  • 1 pint Cherry Sweet Tomatoes
  • 2-3 cloves Minced Garlic (or 1 tablespoon jarred garlic)
  • 2 tablespoons Olive Oil (plus more for drizzling)
  • Fresh Parsley (for garnish)
  • Red Chili Flakes (to taste)
  • 12 oz Pasta (fettuccini, penne, or whichever pasta type you prefer)
  • Salt (for pasta water)
  • Freshly ground black pepper (optional)

Instructions:

  1. Preheat and Prep:

    • Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
    • Mince garlic, and chop parsley for garnish.
  2. Assemble in Baking Dish:

    • Take a 13"x9" baking dish, and drizzle just enough olive oil to coat the bottom.
    • Place the 2 blocks of Boursin cheese in the center of the dish. Arrange the cherry tomatoes around the cheese. Drizzle with olive oil, and sprinkle minced garlic, red chili flakes, salt, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.
  3. Bake:

    • Place the baking dish in the preheated oven and bake for 45 minutes or until the tomatoes burst. The Boursin cheese will melt and blend with the tomatoes, creating a creamy, flavorful sauce. Halfway through, you can give it a stir to make sure the garlic doesn’t burn and everything is evenly mixed.
  4. Cook the Pasta:

    • While the cheese and tomatoes are baking, bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add your pasta and cook according to the package directions. When done, drain the pasta, reserving a cup of pasta water to help thin the sauce later if needed.
  5. Combine:

    • Once the cheese mixture is baked and bubbling, use a spoon or fork to stir everything together, creating a creamy sauce.
    • Add the drained pasta to the baking dish, and toss it into the melted Boursin cheese sauce, adding a little reserved pasta water if needed to get the desired sauce consistency.
  6. Garnish and Serve:

    • Finish the dish by sprinkling fresh parsley on top for a burst of color and flavor. Add an extra sprinkle of red chili flakes if you like a little heat.
  7. Enjoy:

    • Serve hot, straight from your baking dish! You can also drizzle a bit more olive oil on top for extra richness.

Notes:

  • If you prefer a richer texture, feel free to stir in a little heavy cream or milk to the cheese sauce after baking.
